Douglas Gorman
Douglas J. Gorman concentrates his practice on corporate, business, intellectual property and commercial real estate matters. He began his career in 2007 in the Mergers and Acquisitions group in the Wilmington, Delaware office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP before moving back home to Syracuse where he co-founded Crisafulli Gorman, P.C. in 2012. He is a prolific lecturer for local organizations and companies. Doug graduated summa cum laude in 2006 from the Syracuse University School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Syracuse Law Review. He is admitted to practice in New York and Delaware.
Boring business stuff aside, Doug lives in Fayetteville with his wife Carrie, their seven kids (yes, you read that correctly) and their three dogs (yes, you also read that correctly). Doug loves soccer (go Liverpool!), spending time outdoors and woodworking, including building birdhouses for neighbors in his community. He’s been active on several community boards and non-profits, and he and Carrie are supporters of many charities.
